- Disclosure for a business purpose: shared with our processor Shopify, and dependent on services engaged with PayPal, GoCardless, DPD, DHL and Stripe.
- Personal Information collected: name, billing address, shipping address, payment information (including credit card numbers and banking details), email address, and phone number.
- Customer support information
- Purpose of collection: to provide insights into customer historical information and support requests , for deeper insights and efficiencies to resolve client issues and requests as fast as possible.

- Disclosure for a business purpose: shared with our processor Shopify, Zoho and Xero.
- Personal Information collected: as required, name, shipping address, business name, business address, services and products purchased, phone number and email address.
Minors

- Temporary blacklist of credit cards associated with blacklisted IP addresses. This blacklist persists for a small number of days.
