Delivery Costs
Delivery costs are calculated at checkout and depends on you location and type of delivery method chosen.
Dispatch
When you shop on Unifi.Link, we provide an estimated date of when you can expect your order to be dispatched. This estimated date can vary based on live stock availability. While almost always accurate, the estimated dispatch date is an estimation and can be dictated by events outside of our control. Our dispatch team are totally dedicated to getting your order on its way to you in the fastest time possible. Order dispatch may take a little longer in the below cases:
- If you’ve ordered outside of our normal processing hours, or on a Bank Holiday
- If we encounter a sudden stock shortage of one of your items and we need to contact you to help you find your item.
When your order is dispatched from Unifi.Link, you will be sent an email confirming your parcel has been handed to the carrier and you can rest assured that it’s on its way to you!
Customs and Import Duties
Depending on where your order is being shipped to, your parcel may be subject to Customs and Import Duties. Unfortunately, we’re unable to predict what these charges will be, and these fees are not included in your order total. If charges should apply to your order, you will be contacted directly from the Customs office with details.
Delivery Delays
Unifi Link have chosen to work with only the best shipping providers and it is our combined aim to achieve on time delivery for all orders. Once your parcel is dispatched from Unifi.Link, the responsibility of the on time delivery of your order is transferred to the shipping provider as this is outside of our control.
Additional Information
When your order is dispatched from Unifi.Link, you will receive an email to notify you that it has been passed to the selected carrier. From this point in time, your delivery timeframes will commence. We may dispatch your order from multiple warehouses and sometimes it may arrive in more than one package. This will not result in additional delivery charges for you, and you will be sent a dispatch notification email for each package. We’ll always keep you informed if we encounter any exceptional delays in dispatching your order.
If your order is being shipped via an express or tracked shipping service, we’ll include your tracking number in our dispatch notification email to you. Deliveries are unable to be made on Sundays or public holidays. All delivery estimations are approximate and can be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control, but we will be happy to help you resolve any unexpected carrier delays.
